Im not sure this is the correct forum to ask this but I didnt see any other topics similar so will ask here. Please direct me to other forum if you know of one to help.

I have a client who has VRS Recording System on their computer. They had a hard-drive crash and the hard drive is unusable. They couldnt retrieve anything from it. My question is, will NCH allow them to re-install the software on a new hard drive since they had already purchased license for the software? Was purchased only about 4 months ago.

After register the software you got username, company name and installation code that you can use to reinstall whenever you need.

I have this problem after upgrading Windows2000 >> XP.

Vrs can not record on a shared drive on my server.

Does VRS work with multiple-track audio cards, such as the M-Audio Delta 1010LT?

My application is radio communications logging. If the Delta card would not be a good choice, what other multi-channel sound cards can you suggest? (Preferably ones that will not require a large win in 'Vegas to finance).

I use the M-Audio 1010LT for long time. No problem

need to automate creating recording folder every day, becuse we recording 16 chanells 24 hours per date, then when the folder get too big, it take too much to open for review.

Any body has a solution for this problem?
