TCP Ports 5060-5061
UDP Ports 5060-5061, 8000-16000
That should do the trick. Note that I was pretty sure you needed TCP 5060 but Etalk only tries to open UDP 5060 in the firewall, so I'm not sure, thus I recommend doing both.
I tried that but when i call it still has no sound on either side. And it still says that the NAT or router is symmetric
and it says this when i call "Unable to auto-detect public IP. Using private IP"
Cheers

I'm trying to figure out how to port forward/trigger so that i can bypass the symmetrical nat problem.
I use a netgear WGT624 wireless router

Hi
I just purchased Expresstalk BE for Mac and i'm using freecall as the sip service
I can call people - it rings and it says its connected to the call but i can't hear anything on either side, they can't hear me, i can't hear them
it says
STUN server failed: sip.voiparound.com
The internet connection could be down
Check local firewall is not blocking UDP port 4000
Also check STUN settings or use different STUN servers.
Unable to use uPNP for NAT routing (uPNP failed)
Unable to auto detect public IP. Using private IP
And i can't run the SIP network tool - as it says i have STATIC ip or port mapping and it says i have to turn that off - which i don't know how to do
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
