I just began using Express Scribe with my digial Marantz recorder. When I try to drag and drop files into express scribe, it isn't working. I let my marantz download and then I drag the files to my desk top and then drag to Express scribe, because that's how I was advised to do it by a friend who uses the software as well.
Also, I have tried to open some audio files and all I hear is a clicking noise. Anyone able to help me with this?
