Does any one have this board working (properly) with IVM 4.11?

Does any one have a board working (properly) with IVM 4.11?

I tried a old version of IVM and the driver and it is the same probleme.

I have no answer of the support I do not even know if it exists!

I installed IVM with a SHT-8B/PCI card (TELCTAS8), IVM works only when the call is on the line 1, see below

11:17:26 Answered line [1 "CAHTA 0"] call number [23] cid [] did[CAHTA 0] drn[0 (0ms)]

when the call is on other line IVM said "Answered line" but in fact no, it's no the right line but always CAHTA 0, see below

11:19:45 Answered line [2 "CAHTA 1"] call number [24] cid [] did[CAHTA 0] drn[0 (4265ms)]

11:08:28 Answered line [4 "CAHTA 3"] call number [21] cid [] did[CAHTA 0] drn[0 (4265ms)]

What's wrong, any ideas?

Hi all have been working on setting this up for a long time. I just upgraded to IVM 4.11 with sht4b/usb with driver 5.0.1.0 . when a call comes in on line 1 IVM detects ring on line 1 and picks up line 1, OGM menu plays and everything is working great. when call comes in on any one of the other 3 line on the box IVM detects the ring on say line 2 but it still picks up line 1 and line 2 continues to ring. the IVM OGM plays on line 1. this is not good! can anyone help?
