I tired changing the .bkz extension to .zip and the files unzipped OK. It is not as good as a restore - but it does mean that the files are available and I am satisfied.

My files have a .bkf extension , not .bkz . Changing to .zip does not do the trick ?? Please help ?????

Found the restore option , same as the poster of this item , error .

My problem is that I even can not find the restore button , can you please tell me where to find the restore instruction so I can see if it works ?
