  1. when I receive a call sip and transferred to the operator while not expected to attend will hear the rining, the log says it plays, which can be?

    but rinning is no heard.

     

    i re install the application but the problem not fix

     

    change the rinning but the problem not fix

    For some reason IVM prevents you from answering before 2 rings in general.

     

    For analogue systems, I can understand this since the Caller ID doesn't usually get pass until just before the second ring.. but for SIP there is no need for this restriction and in most cases is unwanted. A while back I think I got it to answer more quickly by playing around with the date/time restrictions and/or some tweaks to some registry keys (can't remember how I did it).

  3. my problem is with the precces plugin, i write my plugin but this not have delay in the execution, but when execute with the ivm OMG, i have delay of 3 seconds , it is normal ??? , i need precces in 0 seconds.

  5. I take the customer's name with sqllink and CID, and playing the name and a menu if exist, but as I do, if the name is not in the database, I tranfer the operator, how deploy can the next question ? if (name='' not in data base) then tranfer operator else (if exist) (play the name)
