  1. Well one cause of this could be the dialing plan set-up for IVM's extension. For example if you try and transfer to "101", and the dial plan is set to send all calls out on the external line... then IVM will attempt to transfer to the external phone number 101 and then fail (resulting in the call being immediately disconnected).

     

    There are also other reasons this could be happening. Can the extensions you are transferring to receive calls normally? (e.g. if you phone them with Express Talk rather than transferring through IVM)

    If they cannot answer a direct call, then there is a more serious problem that lies with the softphone/VoIP phone on the other end, not IVM.

     

    I works when i use voip to see if the phone can work but wont transfer how can i setup the correct dial plan?

  2. Please provide more details about what kind of PBX or call management system you are using.

     

    If you are using Axon, you shouldn't have to change anything, and transferring is a simple case of selecting "Transfer Call" in the OGM -> OGM Properties -> End of Message settings and entering the extension you wish to transfer the calls to.

     

    Im useing axon but the call gets disconnected.

     

    is there any other type of settings in need to setup?

  3. Im haveing a hard time trying to figure onIVM to transfer to ext# on axon system, On the options menu i put for the call to transfer for option# to ext.2003 but wont work. Please help me figure out this problem!
