hi all,

installed IVM and a patton trunk.

the server where IVM is installed has 2 ethernet cards. one is on the local network with the patton trunk and the other is directly on internet.

the patton trunk do not have access to internet, so cannot see the public adress.

i a using wireshark to get SIP log (tcp dump).

but when call is initiated, the server return to the patton trunk the internet public adress, so the call cannot be initiated because bind cannot work (because patton cannot reach the public adress).

so how can i do to force IVM to return the local adress on the SIP protocol ? i have tried to map it on the network setting of IVM, but even if i do that, IVM give has "contact information" : 10000@xxxxxxxxx (where xxxxxxxxx is the public adresss)

so how can we do to get return of ivm local adress ?

1- want to know if axon can support features code, like "always transfer calls to", and other feature code ? example :

sending from the IPphones as : *02 + target phone number for transfer, do you see what i mean ?

2-other thing :

want to send from IP phone to our pstn provider (france telecom) *21# + targe number too, how can we do that ? we have spa 3000 as fxo gateway

incoming call from pstn is sent automatically to IVM then caller have to choose witch service he want.

but i want to know how to route a fax when a incoming call come ? i want to route it to the fxs port of the spa that have extension 101 on axon.

does ivm can autodetect when it's a fax ? if it's directly on the spa how to automatically route the call directly to the fxs and do not transfer to IVM ?

and is there a voip softfax that can be connected to axon PBX ?

but as i tell you, button to turn on or off answering mode is "on"...

i am on it since 2 days, and don't find any solution to resolve it...

what can do that ? could you help me ?

Well, i found the problem !

ineturl have a bug... as you can see after "plugin return nextogm=r11" and "00:12:00 Plugin returned so skip to end" there is a lot of space... probleme solved when i have modified the php script...

how can to do ivm stop prompting when caller start typing (eg 12223) and don't restart prompting after the periiod of wait setup on ogm ?

i have 2 fxo connected to axxon and 2 FXS too. have 2 phones (simple phone) connected on FXS port. I want to know how to transfert call with axxon with thes phone...

cannot do it at this time, so i wonder what is the charater to initiate transfert ? * and # don't working...

I tried with the grandstream ATA 488, but it don't work too...

Second thing is that i don't have caller id when incoming call come into FXO (pstn line) to axxon extension. how to resolve that issue ?

IVM only provides support for the telephone boards found here: www.altoedge.com/telephony

 

If your board are TAPI compliant, then they may also work.

all right, but ISDN is bette than analogic ... if altoedge gives an isdn card so i can buy it...

only 4 cables is necessary for 60 lines ! wih analogic you should have 60 cables ! so do you sell that kind of telephony board ?

IVM can support up to 64 simultanious call, but analog boards is not suitable (up to 16 analog line) so 4 cards is needed, and 64 analog lines !

i want to use ISDN PRI card, up to 30 line in europe E1 (23 in US T1) with only 4 port in 1 card. also, buizness model is very better in isdn than rtc. 30 lines with ISDN PRI is less expansive monthly than 30 lines PSTN (analog)

i Would like to know if ivm can support ISDN PRI pci cards. or witch car have to buy ?

Sorry for the delayed response. It took me a while to figure out how to do this feasibly (without having to go create a new extension for IVM for every mailbox that was needed).

From what I can tell the variable %did% in IVM will keep the value of the extension dialed when a call is transfered to voice mail, even though the voice mail extension is different.

 

So in answer to your question...

In IVM, create a new mailbox for every extension you want to have a mailbox and name them according to the extension number. So if you are creating a mailbox for extension 201, name the box 201.

 

Now create an OGM, set "Wait:" to 0 seconds, "Repeat:" to 0, and "Then:" to "Leave message for Mailbox..." (it will now open up a new window/dialogue)

In the new window, change the textbox value (which should say "default") to: %did%. Tick Play mailbox personal greeting.

 

Now when a call comes in on an extension and is not answered (assuming voicemail is enabled for the extension in Axon), it should send the call to IVM... and then IVM will send the call to the appropriate mailbox.

but if it's a telephony board, with 16 port, how do you proceed to link first the board and second ports to IVR ? i am planning to buy one

i am new in ivm, and read the userguide but i don't understant how ivm do to know in what mailbox he should record message

how does it link extension or modems line on multiple port board modems...

for example i created 3 mailbox and have 3 axxon extansion :201, 202, 203

how can i link mailbox 1 to 201, mailbox2 to 202 etc...?

is there someone that can explain me

I am in france, and i have heard that it's possible to create with NCH software Vocal server that can permit to take credit card payment.

Witch software can i use (even if i have to buy thoses softwares)

And is there a user guide for that ?

Maybe i will have to do some intergration, but that is not a problem.

Is there someone, or NCH employer that can ansher me to make that professional application
