Hi there...
I am planning for a multi-destination IVR application using IVM & AXON, which is like this :
Multi-city Destinations
Incoming Call from City-1 --> IVM -->(Caller wants to call out a City-2 Number)--> IVM tansfers the call to City-2 Server through VOIP (SIP Number) (maybe through Axon) --> Axon forwards the call to IVM on City-2 Server --> IVM Conferences to City-2 PSTN/Mobile Number, so that Caller of City-1 can speak with Receiver of City-2.
Is it possible? If yes, how?
Thanks in advance...

Hi there...
I am planning for a multi-destination IVR application, which is like this :
Same City Application:
Incoming PSTN/Mobile call --> Voice Board --> IVM -->Conference Call -->Voice Board-->Outgoing PSTN/Mobile Call
I understand that this part is possible.
Now, the requirement for multi-destination is, like this:
Multi-cities Destination
Incoming Call from City-1 --> IVM -->(Caller wants to call out a City-2 Number)--> IVM tansfers the call to City-2 Server through VOIP (SIP Number) (maybe through Axion) --> Axion forwards the call to IVM on City-2 Server --> IVM Conferences to City-2 PSTN/Mobile Number, so that Caller of City-1 can speak with Receiver of City-2.
Is it possible? If yes, how?
Thanks in advance...
Caller ID Pattern
in IVM
Posted
Hi...
I'm from India and using a phone line that's caller-id enabled. I'm using a voice modem, which also supports caller-id (checked it with HyperTerminal). However, still IVM shows "unknown" as a caller when a call comes in.
I have read somewhere that most software that detects caller-id have different pattern, like, Name, Number, Date, Time etc. But, here in India we receive only Number.
So, what's IVM's caller-id detection pattern? If it's same as above, how can one configure it to receive only Number? Probably a Plug-in developer may help !
Thanks in advance.
