  1. I figure this may be a port problem so I changed them but no effect. The units are set:

    SPA3102 Unit one SPA3102 Unit Two

    Line 1 Registered=Yes Line 1 Registered=Yes

    Line 1 Port = 5070 Line 1 Port = 5072

    UserID=FXS1 UserID=FXS2

    PSTN Port=5060 PSTN Port=5061

    PSTN Registered=Yes PSTN Registered=Yes

    UserID=FXO1 UserID=FXO2

    Dial Plan (S0<:FXO1>) Dial Plan (S0<:FXO2>)

    Axon sees and registers Extension FXS2

    In External lines the FXO2 Line has has the proxy pointing to 10.110.30.253:5061

    The first unit rings, answers incoming PSTN traffic and passes it on to Axon as expected.

    The second unit just keeps on ringing.

    Any clues anyone ?

    Whoops - Sorray about that. The formatting went to crap! I will try again.

    I figure this may be a port problem so I changed them but no effect. The units are set:

    SPA3102 Unit one. This works and inbound calls answer normally

    Line 1 Registered=Yes

    Line 1 Port = 5070

    UserID=FXS1

    PSTN Port=5060

    PSTN Registered=Yes

    UserID=FXO1

    Dial Plan (S0<:FXO1>)

    SPA3102 Unit Two, This doesn't work. Outside calls just ring endlessly. No entry Axon logs

    Line 1 Registered=Yes

    Line 1 Port = 5072

    UserID=FXS2

    PSTN Port=5061

    PSTN Registered=Yes

    UserID=FXO2

  3. If I remember correctly the setting is in the advanced External Line properties, and it's called something like "Chain to next line." Basically it lets you select another External Line to send calls to if the current one fails to place the call correctly. So if you have 4 lines, you want to chain 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, and 4 to 1 to ensure the call will get through just so long as any of the lines are free.

    Thank you pythonpoole! That solved the problem nicely.

  4. Hi All,

    Is there a dial plan or similar setup anyone can advise me of that will allow outbound calls to automatically select the next unused account (we have 4 accounts from the one TISP).

    At present I can only set up outbound calls to select which voip line by using a different prepend digit (i.e. 0 for account 1, 1 for account 2 etc.) This is clumsy to say the least and I expect that AXON do enable pooling of outbound calls; I just cant see how.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Ta!
