  1. I'm using IVM and still trying to transfer calls with the CAHTA USB 4 ports board.

    When trying to transfer a call it just disconnects it.

     

    I found out that with the test.exe tool of the CAHTA drivers it does the same when using using the default flash time of 500 ms.

    When lowering that value to anything between 100 and 200 it works.

     

    I tried configuring these in the flash time

     

    values in the scconfig tool but it seems like the IVM application (4.02 and 4.03) is ignoring the values.

     

    Does anyone have a suggestion?

  2. Hi Arjen, not sure if you say my update to my earlier post.

     

    I was having the same problem with a CAHTA SHT4B/USB 4 port telephone device. After days or testing and contacting Synway (see the details in my earlier post), I was able to trace it down IVM version 4.03 itself. The problem does NOT occur with version 4.02 as that is what I am using now. Unfortunately, the E-mail function doesn't work very well in this version of IVM but at least it answer calls :blink: . This is by no means a fix but I hope this will save you (or anyone who reads this) some time and frustration.

     

    Arjen, can you post some details of your config? What board/modem are you using? Are you using Axon? .....

     

    Also, can anyone from NCH comment on when this might be fixed.

    i'm using CAHTA SHT4B/USB 4 with version 4.03 on Windows 2003 Server. Today i found a 4.02 version of IVM and installed it.

    It seems 'solved' now. No more spontanious hangups in the first 2 seconds. But with the email problem....

  3. A couple of weeks ago we bought an CAHTA USB 4 port box and IVM version 4.03.

     

    Most of the time when we call to the IVM its start playing our WAV file but within a second or two the line drops.

    In the IVM software a message is showed 'Remote party gone on hook'.

     

    Sometime though it does work seem to work...

     

    We already tried enabling and disabling the end-of-call detection boxes. But without result.

     

    Can someone please help me?
