Hello all,
Im using the savedata plugin and was wondering if there is any way to do a few things w/ the file name.
For 1 application Id like to have each call be logged in a separate file. Is there anyway to do this?
For another application Id like to have a new file be created for each day.
Im looking for something like being able to name the file name - data.DD.MM.YYYY.csv
Is there anyway to automagically format the filename?
Thanks

You can download the latest version of the driver here: http://www.synway.net/support_Driver.asp
As noted by NCH here: http://www.nch.com.au/hardware/setup/telephony/cahta.html (SHT Series)
Thanks - I got it to work on my laptop - but cannot get it on my main PC.
The main PC runs vista (ugh - I know) it seems like the drivers are not made for it - can anyone offer any help??

After reading this site - downloading and testing IVM - we ended up purchasing the USB voice modem TELCTAUSB2 (the model number on the modem is SHT-2B/USB) - it was purchase directly
through AltoEdge. (recommend on this page : http://www.nch.com.au/hardware/telephony.html - the model is listed as TELCTAUSB2
We also purchased IVM.
Well the modem got here today - but there are no drivers - doing a search didnt reveal any either. Emails to the company have not come back yet - and figured Id check here as well.
Does anyone know where I can download them from???
Thanks

For testing it is on the same box - but when we go live it will be on a different box - so I need to use the actual plugin.

Im using the ineturl.exe plugin to hit a page to look up an order - then return the order total.
The odd thing is that when I hit the url - it send back 3 control chars then the var - here is the log :
Run plugin: "C:\Program Files\NCH Swift Sound\IVM\plug_ins\ineturl.exe" http://127.0.0.1/rob/cart_id_total.php?cart_id=565
00:29 Play file: C:\ProgramData\NCH Swift Sound\IVM\OGMs\Retrieve cart id balance.wav
00:29 followed by read number: total
00:30 Plugin returned: total=123.99
00:30 Plugin returned so skip to end
Its getting back the correct amount - but because of the before the actual variable name its not "seeing" it and is just saying 0 dollars.
If I make the actual varialbe name in IVM %total% it then sees and says it fine.
I even tried hitting the script as straight html just puting out total=12399 - on 2 different servers both with the same results.
Any help at all - Im using ivm 4.03
Thanks

Savedata plugin - specify a unique filename for each call?
in IVM
Posted
Exactly what I was looking for - the %date% will work perfectly.
One last thing - where can I find a list of "global" vars that IVM knows?
Ie - %date%, %time% etc....
Thanks
