I used a text box full of white to paste over.  Sorry but it was the only way for me to so that.  Send in a feature update request.   I can do the same.  Maybe someone will catch on.

You may have posted in the wrong forum.  Is the Crescendo related?

Title says it all.

I have a composition and the tied flat note hangs.  Is it Crescendo or my CPU?  Please, if you can, contact me and I will send the CDO file to you to play.

If extending a composition past 49 bars, and once past 40 bars, when I tied two A flats together (or two G flats), the first note sounds properly (flat) but the second sound natural, a half semitone higher.  Should NOT be.  Did anyone else notice this?  I reported and sent file to bug fixers but did not hear back from them... of course not.  Only A flat and G flat messed up.

Will share CDO file if you are interested or think you can help.  Thank You!

If it was a very occasional note you can use a second voice and accent JUST THAT NOTE by scoring ONLY THAT NOTE, with accent, in the second voice.

I tried it and it works.

Pain in the butt for sure.  Suggest to add the feature?

THIS and the supposed Beta Version will crap out features that you may need.  Crescendo techs tell me that the create video feature is only a BETA product, but I am NOT running a Beta version.

But DO NOT RUN DEBUG...   DO NOT (but at your peril) run the Beta.  Oh, there is no easy back out to previous version.

STILL BROKEN -- and Crescendo says v10.09 fixes the problem but their beta version 10.09 DOES NOT!!!!!

I loaded it, and lost features I need.  I am a upgradded Masters user, And now I am PHU HUCKED.  THere is no "RETURN TO PREVIOUS VERSION" option.  And there is NO CONTINUITY of support.

Well, I am here so I know my email and password.  But running  the DEBUG version of Crapscendo, I apparently need a different e-mail or password to send a bug report in.  

Gotta love it.  Oh, BTW, the "Sign" breaks the volta for you folks having a problem making the Volta count properly.  Remove "The Sign" and see if it helps.  It did for me, but I need to go back to the sign and without that, the song is wrong.

YES STILL BROKEN and tech support sends me a file that Microsoft refuses to load as it has, according to MS, malware embedded.

I am NOT a tits on the bull admin for Crescendo.  I am just a JoeSchmoe user.  Crescendo (let's just call is Cre from now on) puts the accent on all the notes.  I tried mightily to get it on one note.  No luck.... but I might be able to use separate voices.  How often do you want to use that workaround?  It would be ugly.

Also to note, Cre floats the accent below your lower note.  Do a top of staff F and see were the accent falls.  Turn that F into a chord using lower notes and the accent falls down with the chord/

I think you found ANOTHER BUG,  So I went in and remapped to various sounds and hear the change, BUT NOT FOR COWBELL.  It doesn't pick up.  The admin will probably suggest you submit a change form but I cannot say that I ever see any change come from that.

I also submitted my .CDO file for inspection but had ZERO FEEDBACK regarding it.

This should press the issue and prioritize the fix.

Been there and did that.  It seems this issue is YEARS OLD and no fix.  NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.

Crescendo IS INTUITIVE.  Unfortunately, I am not the smartest.  I failed to be able to get Finale to score a single not for me.  I was able, in less than a day, to score a complete song, for piano and voice, using Crescendo.  So, something with so many bells and whistles that I can't use it, or a very good product that covers 90 percent?

January -- a new year -- ANOTHER YEAR -- and the Volta STILL  S-T-I-L-L STILL does not work correctly.

UPDATED -- I go to "ABOUT" and see I have to most recent version.  OK.  I am pretty sure that means I have the most recent version.

I go to support and I see "DOWNLOAD" and I think ?????? WTF is this, but I click yes as perhaps this is a support down load?

Now I see and "Export Video" option.  So I am back to WTF, O????

I wrote a song, scored it in Crescendo, and then EXPORTED IT as an .MP4 file.  Now, I cannot find the link to export as an MP4.

Is there an add-on software product I need to buy?  The Mp4 is nice when teaching others to play the song.
