I do a similar thing between two computers. I back up the data and email myself the backup file, then restore it on the other machine, then backup and restore when I go to my original machine. I've never had an issue.
Extra files in my backup folders

When I backup my Moneyline file, the folder get filled with all kinds of other files that aren't Moneyline files. There's photos, documents, Excel files, and all kinds of other things that are always saved to a new backup. I suspect it's because one time I restored from backup that was in a folder that contained all those things, and somehow those other files got bundled with all my future backups. Do you know of a way for me to get rid of all those files from my backups? Thanks.
