First let me say that I paid for this software and I'm sorry I did.  I am trying to put a slideshow together for my husband's memorial and if one thing goes wrong it all does.

I cannot get the videos to play at the end.   Now I can't get the music to play without skipping.   Everything seemed fine until the software craahed a couple times now nothing will work.  If I could get my money back I would buy a different product.   Anyone know who I can talk to about getting that done?  I'm running out of time and patience and my last post on this forum went unanswered.  This one is probably a lost cause too

When I first added mty videos at the end of the slide show they played.  I added a total of 3 - 2 were around 10 seconds and the other was around 30 seconds.   The program either cuts them short or skips over them entirely.  Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong
