  1. Hello IRM thanks for your response. I have checked all this. I’m still waiting for NCH developers to get back to me. But in the meantime I can’t use the system. Very frustrating! 

  2. Hello Simon L. I’ve tried that and still no joy. I’ve sent diagnostic info to NCH and still awaiting a response from the designer of the product. In the meantime I just can’t use it. 

  3. I have recently upgraded to Masters Edition. For some strange reason when I try and save a file the “ Saving” tab or window that used to show the progress of the save remain on the screen for just a split second and then disappears . The files don’t save. Could anyone please advise. I contacted technical support who advised a uninstall and start again , but sadly the issue still persists. 
    Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
