Using 10.14 on Mac.  Default chart of accounts does not include retained earnings account. At the fiscal year end date (Preferences--> Accounting) how does the system zero income and expense accounts and post the net result to Retained Earnings (if it does not exist).

Worked out the problem. Trying to set date to more than twelve months on.

Running on Mac version 10.13

My savings account in the Chart of Accounts shows a different value to the savings account balance  in the Balance sheet report.  As a test I setup an initial value in saving account at $1000.  Made one test purchase at $500.

Then on your Express Accounts make sure that the option "Use MAPI to send email with email software ..." is unticked (disabled).

How can I set up gmail via smpt now that Google has disabled less secure Apps authorisation. 

On the console, once a purchase order is selected, it can be easily converted to a bill by either selecting the Bill icon or right clicking and selecting Convert to Bill. How is this done on the Web interface? Can’t seem to find any obvious solution
