Freezing framer

Hello.

Switching from one computer to another, I try to open vpj files created on the previous (and older PC) but the computer asks me to download the soxdec.exe component.

Can you please precise me what this consists of?

I have a resolution problem while inserting pictures taken from a printed image (scanned or photographed) on my edit project : the resolution strongly enlightens the original printed pixels ad it is worse if I apply a zoom effect, creating artificial flares. What solution can I try ?
