Sending voicemail through email

I can not get IVM to send email through SMTP. I get an error "MAIL FROM not accepted". My ISP requires outbound authentication, and I do not see a place to select this, or to put the password required for the authentication. Where is this done?

Hi,

 

in the mailbox properties click on delivery and there on the button "Email Settings".

There you click on the help button. You'll find a description which explains, how to add username and password for smtp accounts.
