Guest Bob Hupp
I have been running IMS On-Hold Player on an old PC located in the city hall telephone room since its initial purchase on February 14 of this year. The system was operating well until a recent power outage. When I brought the system up from the outage, IMS claimed the trial period had expired and the software must be registered. Re-entry of the registration details results in a reproducable application crash with the offer to send the details to IMS programmers for debugging. Unfortunately, this computer is nowhere near a network connection so that this is impractical. How can I get IMS back on line?
