Parking, or transfer back out of IMS VOIP Extension

Hello,

 

I'm trying to figure this out and have searched the internet but cannot find an answer (I have found a few people asking the same, though.) It's pretty basic functionality that I'm sure it's in the docs somewhere...

 

If I install Axon and IMS, and Express Talk and create a VOIP On Hold Extension in Axon and IMS.

 

I can transfer a call to that extension and hear music as expected..

 

I need to figure out one of the solutions below:

 

- How do I get the call back after they are transferred? I can't seem to transfer them back 'out'

 

- Pickup on another extension. (basically a call 'parking' feature)

 

- I tried 'transferring' the call to an Axon 'group' (containing 3 extensions all registered on Axon (701)) with music on hold, but no extensions ring. I do hear music for about 15 seconds, then disconnect.

 

You look like you have some really good product, but I would like get a test/demo site running before I present it to management.
