wmw add on/reading through expres scribe

I haven't been able to download a wma file. Firstly I cannot find the wma add on on the nch site (express scribe software index page). I have loaded the file into Windows Media Player but I need to transcribe the file using foot pedal and this won't enable me to do that.

I have the file in express scribe but no sound, it doesn't seem to read it.

Apparently there used to be a wma add on on the site somewhere but is no longer there. The file is no use to me in Windows Media Player as I can't use my foot pedal to transcribe.

Am I doing something wrong??

Help urgently required!
