Audio is a touch lagging on final burn

I’m brand new to this software and I’ve finally gotten all my antique capture hardware working but my audio is a split second behind. I’m using a dvc100 for video and my audio card for sound in my desktop. I see some early mention of a different sync option but that was a long time ago. I was wondering if there’s any updated tricks?

sorry forgot to add I’m using win10.

realtek on board audio

and a gti videocard which I don’t remember which it is.
