ReneeSilverman
I just upgraded my computer and installed a new PAID version of Express Scribe on it. For the last 10 plus years ES has played my video files (mp4, mov, avi, m4a) and now it doesn't. What am I missing? I run a transcription company and now I'm stuck not able to play video files. Any help!
Telephony
Hi, Video Files are supported on the Pro version ONLY, so you probably need to register. Also, not all video files are supported, please check, click here → http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/kb/656.html Regards,
