Invoice notes - customising

I have just set up my invoice template.

I want to get rid of the lines that are on the basic invoice saying

 

Please contact us for more information regarding payment options

Thankyou for your business

 

I cannot find where to delete this information and replace with something else like my bank account details

 

 

I can find where I can add a comment to my invoice as I enter it - I can put the payment details in here but do not want to have to type it each time.

 

In the help section it refers to

 

Note and Foot Comments

Text

Text entered here will appear at the bottom of the invoice printout or pdf.

 

But I cannot find where this is on the actual invoice preferences.

If you are using the latest version of Express Accounts (4.69) go to Options >> Invoice Layout >> Content, then scroll down to find Note Comment and Foot Comment text boxes.

 

In previous versions you can find these text boxes by going to Options >> Invoice and you'll find them there.

Hi, I'm new to this Forum thing, but have a question relating to the Customising of invoices. I would like to add my bank account details (BSB Account name and number) at the bottom of the invoice for EFT payments. Any suggestions ?
