Guest Detroit Posted January 17, 2006 Share Posted January 17, 2006 Just a quick report that the USRobotics USR5699B modem does not work with TRx Recorder. I picked up a Stratitec 56K Voicemodem (Agere chipset) from Wal-Mart that works for recording but the Caller ID always returns "Unknown." Anyone know how to enable or fix this? Guest Detroit Posted January 18, 2006 Share Posted January 18, 2006 I replaced the Stratitec with a Creative Modem Blaster Model DI5633 and both Caller ID and Voice recording work fine. I think the Stratitec model I had did not have the extra circuitry needed to translate CID messages. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
