More of the same with those two! It appears to install ok, but as soon as I open it the machine starts beachballing and I have to force quit... Any more ideas?! Thanks for your help!

Hi there, Just downloaded VideoPad on Mac OS 10.9.5, and it opens but is completely unresponsive, while my multicolored beachball spins around! Any ideas?? Thanks kindly, B
