Good morning. Unfortunately, I cannot share the file(s) from my VideoPad project(s) as you requested. This professional version of VideoPad will save my project as vpj, but NOT as MP4, portable, or YouTube, I have even lowered the resolution and each time, it has shutdown my computer. I can also say that this updated professional version is VERY SLOW! Each time, it has taken as long as 15 minutes to save less than 25% of my content before it crashes my computer, with no error messages and no messages upon restart. This has been going on for 2 months, my content is backed up and now I have to make a decision to purchase another video editing software, so I have uninstalled the VideoPad program (including WavePad [which I have NOT updated since I purchased it 2 years ago). At this point, I know I cannot get a refund, but can I get a link to the previous VideoPad version that I have been using these past 2 years, which I never had a problem with?

You can tell I am a novice. How can I "share" one of my vpj files that won't upload to MP4?

Is it possible to get the older version of Videopad? I had no problems until I purchased the upgrade.

Unfortunately, I got too happy too soon. I recently tried (and am trying as of the writing of this post) to save a vpj file that is 9 minutes long with various edits and cuts. Again, less than half way through the saving process . . . my entire computer shut down. This only happens when I am saving a vpj file. (I have painstakingly watch the saving process and there are no error messages, nothing wacky with the file . . . it just shuts down my computer. The Videopad version I have is Professional v8.45. Granted, I am still using Microsoft 7 (I hope to upgrade later this summer). I really don't want to purchase either another videopad or move to another video software editing program (I like videopad). I am very far behind in uploading my content. Any suggestions?

I paid for updated VideoPad 3 months ago. Never had problems before. Now the program shuts down my entire computer while it is exporting to mp4 format. No matter what the size of the video content. Why is this happening?
