Hi, please help if you can. When receiving files that are audio and video, only the audio comes through. My settings are set to "Always show video", there is a black video box but it displays "No video". I cannot figure out what why it is not working. I have the Pro version, the latest version and Windows 10. I am working on a laptop so I'm wondering if that may be why?
