I purchased the $14.99 version of the VideoPad app and I've been unable to get it to work on my iPad or my iPhone. When I try to add a video it says "loading" forever and will only give me the option to add 5 pictures but I actually can't add them or ever move past that screen. I've Googled this and tried the suggestions such as closing out other apps, deleting videos and photos in my deleted folder to free up space and rebooting my phone. I am going to ask for a refund if I can't get it to work
