Yes it does. the overlay video is just one continuous clip. It seems to happen with all file types. I've downloaded that version you linked and it has fixed the issue, thank you!

So I have a video overlay on the bottom left, it all looks correct in the sequence window and the export preview. however when I save it out the top layer is different. images below. Correct preview: https://ibb.co/hh8jfQ Exported MP4: https://ibb.co/n38vn5 It was exported with the correct res, and I'm using the professional latest version on mac. No video effects other than scale down and position. I don't understand why it would look different from the preview and sequence window, than on the final export. UPDATE: When I'm on the export preview window, and I click to different times in the video, sometimes it's the correct size and sometimes it's not. This must be a bug? Bear in mind it's all one long video, not split in any places.
