I ordered a usb telephony board from NCH 1 month ago and I still have not received it. I live in the US and I figured it may take some time but I didn't think it would take this long. Has any one had a similar issue when ordering hardware from NCH? All I want is the hardware I paid for or an explanation of what I should do. Right now I am just flying blind.
