Yes. The cache is full. I think my files are in there. How do I import them/make them into video files?

No. I don't think the files got saved in the first place, even though I'm sure I saved the project. I'm trying to restore video clips that have been cached but evidently not saved.

I recorded a load of video, then my computer crashed. On reopening, the clips were missing from the project where they should have been saved. I have located the file for cache data. None of the boxes were checked in in options for emptying cache data, so everything should still be there. My question is: Is it possible to restore the video clips from this cache? If so, how do I proceed?
