OK I uninstalled the program and then re-installed it back into the pc and everything works great now. Thanks for your help

I opened an mp4 video in video pad and all that opens is the music part of the video. I have changed the format to several different formats and still nothing. The video wil play just fine on my desk top in auy format but not in video pad.

I have had Video Pad for some time now and I recently had to reformatt my system. I re-installed video pad and now its teling me it's about to expire. I have the licenses and keys from the company so how do I reactivate the software. I have tried to do this on thier website and it tell me that it's already registered. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you would like the video pad manual in "PDF" form sent me an e-mail and I reply with the manual. NCH Software sent me the manual in pdf form this afternoon. E-mail Address chalagidiablo@sbcglobal.net

NCH Software will take "PayPal" to purchase the software from the website. But they will not accept PayPal to purchase the actual CD & manual, kinda crazy huh?

I have just purchased the Video Pad Editor software, so will I receive a CD/and or Manual from NCH Software? Or is there a place to download the manual? Thanks WyDiablo
