  3. The log in Express Talk is giving me: 18:21:08 UDP Packet Sent to 208.127.xxx.xxx:5060 >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> REGISTER sip:208.127.xxx.xxx SIP/2.0 Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 223.1.1.128:5060;rport;branch=z9hG4bK31848 Max-Forwards: 20 To: <sip:120@208.127.xxx.xxx> From: <sip:120@208.127.xxx.xxx>;tag=1953 Call-ID: 1204768938-848-GARYLT@223.1.1.128 CSeq: 12 REGISTER Contact: <sip:120@223.1.1.128:5060>;expires=3600;q=0.90 The address above 208.127.xxx.xxx is where the sip server is located and it is correct. (xxx.xxx has been replaced with the actual address) The address 223.1.1.128 I have no idea where it got that from. It's not where the sip server is located. It's not the remote client. Where is it coming from. I still can't connect. The message I am getting is Server 208.127.xxx.xxx did not respond. Thank you, Docfxit

    Memory leak in '98

I have uninstalled the software and re-installed the software. I am still having this problem. Every time I get a call I have to minimize the window or the software will eat up all the memory. If I'm not at the machine it will lock up and I can't receive any more calls. Thank you, Docfxit
  6. I finally got the guts to uninstall the software. I was afraid I would loose all my settings. I only lost my recorded messages. After re-installing the software with all other programs closed it still gives me the same error "Unable to open file" Thank you, Docfxit
  7. I have uninstalled the software. I have re-installed it. After re-installing the software I did see the icon. After the first re-boot I couldn't get the icon in the system tray back. Thank you, Docfxit

Please fix this. Every time I get a call if I don't minimize IVM the PC locks up because it uses up all the memory. Thank you, Docfxit
  9. Have you had any success in fixing it? Thank you, Docfxit

    Memory leak in '98

I have found that IVM ver. 4.0.3 has a memory leak. If I leave it running (it doesn't make any difference if I receive a call or not) the PC locks up. I have run a program to show the GDI and USER memory. I can see them both going down over time while IVM is running in Win '98. The program I am using to show GDI and USER memory live in real time is called MemSnoop32. Thank you, Docfxit
  11. Hi, When the PC starts up IVM loads automatically (which is good). It gives me two windows. 1. Error Unable to open file The only user option is "OK" It doesn't tell me what file it can't open. I'm guessing it's talking about the next window. 2. Load File Load IVR Program File I'm guessing the IVR file is my default settings file. When I select OK on window #1 they both go away. It seems to me that all my settings are loaded and that the program behaves just fine after that until I re-boot the machine. How can I figure out what the problem is? Thank you, Docfxit
  12. Thank you very much for looking into this. Docfxit
  13. Thank you for the reply. I have selected for that option "Start before logon. Show all users' Tray." I'm running this in '98se if that makes a difference. Thank you, Docfxit
  14. I recently installed IVM ver. 4.0.3. I can't get it to show in the system tray. Any ideas? Docfxit
  15. I would like to know how to permanently increase the size of each column In IVM Answering Attendant ver. 2.31. I recently purchased a new monitor and now with the new resolution the columns are too small for the words to fit. I have moved the columns and increased them to fit manually. I have tried to close the window clicking on Close in the upper left hand corner while holding down the <ctrl> key. When I re-boot they all go back to their original size. Thank you, Docfxit
