I'm hoping to find a way to include accented characters (é, ü etc.) in the notes window that is sent to recipients with .DCT sound files in Express Dictate. I need to be able to communicate spellings of foreign words and names, which often include such characters. I've tried the normal way of doing this in Windows, i.e. using the ALT key and keyboard number pad in Num Lock mode, but neither ASCII nor ANSI codes seem to work; all I get is straight ASCII. (I'm using ED with Windows 2000.)
