Hello, I am trying to burn either a .avi, mp4 file or .iso file to a dvd-r and I keep getting writer errors. The first one is 052c00 (command sequence) and the other one was 030c00 (write error). I do not know how to correct these errors. Can you help please? My DVD drive is a compact disc rewritable dvd r/rw on a Dell Inspiron 9300 lap top. The dvd's I am trying to burn to is a Sony Accucore dvd-r 120min/4.7 gb. I received these errors while burning the mp4 file to my dvd. Thank you, Kathleen
