Can you give some more details about the crash? what crashes? your system, the cam or Eyeline? have you tried to uninstall and reinstall your camera? It seems like a USB driver error to me.
HI, On Eyeline click on options, then go on to camera tab and click on camera properties, on this tab make sure there is a value on framerate field e.g. 30.00. I had similar problem and this setting did the trick for me.
