Because of two-step verification for my email and my phone getting destroyed I am no longer able to access the email address I was using when I purchased Express Scribe. Unfortunately I never wrote down my registration info and since I can no longer access my old email I cannot get the info from the original email. My computer just died and I have externalized my the drive. 1) Is it possible to transfer the registered version on my old hard drive to my new computer? OR 2) Is there another way to get the registration information (other than the original email) so that I can set up Express Scribe on my new machine?
