ShimmernShine Posted May 3, 2014 Share Posted May 3, 2014 I have been using Express Invoicing for a while and suddenly when I try to edit the invoice (add tracking numbers etc) I can not record the invoice. The description box is highlighted and says "!Please match the requested format".... I do not understand why it is suddenly doing this or how to fix it as it is the same description I have been using for a year. Any help would be appreciated.
