So I used the trial version of VideoPad and when I tried exporting my video, it was just pending and wouldn't start. I closed VideoPad and then checked my "Videos" folder and the file was there, but the loading bar on the top would just load and load. So I tried deleting the file but it said there were 0 files to be deleted. The original file size was about 7MB or something but this one is 3.75KB. When I open the file, it's empty and trying to rename the file crashes Windows Explorer completely. Now nothing happens when I try to delete it. What is going on? I just want this file off my computer.

So I downloaded the Home Edition of VideoPad and think it's great. However, I am editing a video currently and for some reason, as I move through the timeline editing, when I watch back there is a tiny snippet of another clip at the start of a new clip, it's super hard to explain but here is whats happening: So I have CLIP 1 which I put on the timeline and either split or drag to the length I want. I then add CLIP 2 next to that and do the same thing, so on the process goes of adding clips whilst splitting and dragging them to where I want them to be. So lets say I have seven clips that are chopped up pieces of one continuous piece of footage. Now at the start of CLIP 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 AND 7 is a half second snippet of CLIP 1. I have no idea why and am desperate for help!! Has anyone experienced this? It's an 8 minute video that has taken two days to make and is now basically useless! Clips at .MTS and .MOV files. Working on Windows 10. Just downloaded latest version of video pad.

I have two users using the Express Dictate app. One on iphone and the other on andorid, but they have both experenced the same issue. They record an audio file and that goes fine, and then upload it to our server via FTP. (The files are in .wav format.) Everything seems to work fine, except when the audio files are played back on a computer they get a few miniutes in and just go silent. I've tried to open the files in GoldWav and I get the error, "Internal file size incorrect. The file may be corrupt." The file on the phone seems to still be intact and plays fine, it is just the uploaded version. Is there some better setting we should be useing. This happend to both users last week, but we have been using the software for about a month with no other issues. Thanks for any help.
