Why did VideoPad 2.41 render so much faster then the current version? Is that any way my videos to render fast like 2.41? I tried downloading that version, but it's not compatible with my laptop. So I'm force to use the current version.

Hi, I tried downloading a old version (2.41) of VideoPad onto my windows but it won't let me download. It says it's not compatible, VideoPad 2.41 was fast when rendering videos ect. Is there a way around it? I find the newer version to be very slow when rendering videos ect.

Hello. I use version 2.41 and have noticed something strange about the videos I export in VideoPad. I will export a video, and then upload it to YouTube, and I see these black lines on the top, sides, and bottom of the video. It's hardly noticeable, but I was just wondering. I export all my videos in 1920 x 1080, so it's not a cropping issue. I also crop and zoom pictures and videos that aren't 16:9 so that they are, as well. This doesn't happen to me in different versions strangely enough. Thanks.

Hi, I'm trying to make a 720x480 video using what should be 720x480 clips. However, when I imported the clips into VideoPad, the program changed the image and made it skinnier (I think to a 4:3 format) and also added black bars on the sides. I've tried seeing if the crop option would work to get rid of these bars, but the bars don't even show up under the crop effect. The zoom effect doesn't help either as using it would lose more of the video than I wish to. Adjusting the aspect ratio of the output file seems to have no effect on removing the bars either. Originally I was making a video with the same source on Windows Movie Maker (which did not have this issue) and I downloaded VideoPad after it kept freezing on me. I just want to be able to make my video in the format intended.

I don't think version 3 suits me, as there is no zoom or overlay effects. Is there anyway, I can download 2.41?
