We were trying do do the same thing at the beginning. Now everyone access the inventory from the "web" and all the data is up to date all the time. The "web" access is a different way to say that you can access it on your internal network, remote access. Once you start using the "web" log in, you will like better. You are "not" going onto the internet for your inventory, so don't worry about your information. It's just the way you can get into the main inventory computer without using another piece of software.

Can I have the Cost line on web access not show up when accessing it from the web access?

I would like to know this as well.
