aleeschober Posted September 1, 2008 Share Posted September 1, 2008 Upon downloading the EYELINE software, I received an error message informing me that my computer did not have the proper video codecs installed, and I needed to return to the NCH website for technical support. enaar Posted November 4, 2008 Share Posted November 4, 2008 try to download k-lite codecs work for me. one more thing, if you have more then 1 cam connected and recording, dont use the same codec for the multiple webcams, you will get error, or in my case, having 3 web cam, the 2, and 3rd cam will go white.
