Not detecting my telephony cards

HI.

 

I'm trying to use VRS (trial version, standard install) on an excess port on one of two Dialogic PCI cards. VRS won't allow them to be chosen as an option for sound input. I've read over the manual to see if I'm missing some setting and there is no indication of what I did wrong. The date on my drivers is 2003 and the cards work perfectly with the voicemail software. Are there any known conflicts with these type of cards and drivers of about that age? I can't update the drivers due to VRS being a secondary item on the server and the voicemail being a critical program that I'd rather not risk breaking.
