billwach Posted June 6, 2008 Share Posted June 6, 2008 I bought Record Pad and registered it. My hard drive needed reformatted due to an unrelated problem. When I reinstalled Record Pad, the registration key no longer works. NCH says I need the original version and the key I have will not work with version 2.12. I refuse to buy the program again.
