insidethewire Posted June 2, 2008 Share Posted June 2, 2008 I upgraded a functional DialDictate 4.11 version to the latest 4.12 version. That was my only system change. Upon update, DialDictate no longer answers any calls. I've verified that the hardware is setup properly in Telephony, I even removed the 4 existing USB telephony lines and added them back. The DialDictate software program says "Call Answered" but from the calling end the phone rings and rings and the line is never picked up. I've downgraded back down to 4.11 and it picks up the line yet again. I am using the 4 line Synway USB. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
