DSS file name does not show up

Hello. I have been using Express Scribe successfully for some months now. Unfortunately a few weeks ago when I load the dss file (this is what I normally use for my home business)the file name does not show up in the scribe window. As you can appreciate it is very important to see what file I am working on at the time. Can you please advise on what the problem could be. I think it has nothing to do with the original recording as when I open it from my email attachment the name shows up. Many thanks.
