big Trouble with ineturl plugin

i have an url from i would like to capture variables.

 

url is : http://www.novatecweb.com/test.php

 

when i execute ogm using that adress it give me : "Plugin did not return before OGM finished playing - aborting plugin"

as i seen on a post into forum i have tried to add voice during ogm to get more time : (one moment please your request is on process) repeat it 3 time, but it's the same result.

 

Whent i try it in windows command line => c:/path/to/plugin/ineturl.exe http://www.novatecweb.com/test.php

he give me good result as firefox browser...

what's wrong ? is there someone that have already had that issue ?
