kc7gr Posted May 5, 2008 Share Posted May 5, 2008 I've got VRS set up to play a specific .mp3 file whenever recording on a phone line is started. This file exists, and has been placed in the /winnt/media directory. VRS has been told to look for it there. Despite this, the program never plays the file when recording is started. It always spits an error message that it is "unable to play the file." What gives? Is this a sample-rate issue or what? Thanks. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
